In a minimarket, Termino shop management software brings the till, the stock and supplier work together. The cashier rings up products by barcode, an RS.ge waybill is added to stock in a few clicks, and stock levels update after every sale.

What's included
Barcode scanner
Works with USB and Bluetooth scanners. If a barcode is unknown, the cashier is told straight away.
RS.ge waybill import
An incoming waybill appears in the system. Accepting it creates the purchase, adds the stock and confirms the waybill on RS.ge.
Stock control
Stock is shown per branch. A list of low-stock and out-of-stock products is always at hand.
Fast price updates
Change the price of one product or many at once, separately for each branch.
Inventory counts
Count a whole branch, one category or chosen products. The system shows shortage and surplus in lari.
Suppliers and debt
Purchases, payments and debt history for each supplier.

Frequently asked questions
Can I receive an RS.ge waybill directly in the program?
Yes, on the Pro plan. Termino shows incoming waybills, you match each line to a product and accept. On acceptance the stock is added and the waybill is confirmed on RS.ge too.
Can goods be sold by weight?
Quantities at the till are whole numbers, so selling by weight and connecting a scale are not available at this stage. Pre-packed goods sell as usual, by barcode.
Can I upload products from Excel?
Yes. Products are imported from an .xlsx, .xls or .csv file. A list of rows with errors can be downloaded separately, so you can fix them and upload again.
How many tills can I set up?
The Pro plan includes one till; each additional one costs 30 lari a month. The number of branches is not limited.
