The scanner finds the product by its barcode. Searching by name works too.
Stock by branch
Each branch has its own stock and prices. You switch between branches with one click.
Transfers between branches
Goods move from branch to branch, with receipt confirmed.
Returns
On a return you choose whether the item goes back into stock or is written off. The refund is in cash or to the card.
Price history
A report shows when and how each product's price changed.

What file formats can products be imported from?
From Excel .xlsx and .xls files and from a .csv file. Existing products are matched by barcode, so the same item is not added twice.
Can I see stock in every branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own stock and prices, and the owner switches between branches with one click.
How do I move goods from one branch to another?
Create a transfer and list the products. Stock at the receiving branch goes up when they confirm receipt there. Transfers are part of the Pro plan.
Can a sold item be returned?
Yes. The return is made on the same till that sold the item and is confirmed with the branch PIN. The cashier says whether the item goes back into stock.
