POS software for clothing stores

Sizes, discounts and returns in one stock list, across every shop.

In a clothing store, Termino shop management software keeps one product in several sizes: each size has its own barcode, stock and price. The cashier picks the size at the till, and the owner sees which sizes sell and which stay on the shelf.

How a working day runs

The cashier scans the tag or picks the product and the size. The screen shows how many pieces are left.

What's included

  • Stock by size

One product, several sizes. Each size has its own barcode, stock and price.

  • Discounts

A discount as a percentage or an amount, on one product or many at once, separately for each branch.

  • Returns

The cashier finds the sale, picks the item to return and refunds in cash or to the card. Returns are protected by a PIN.

  • Sales by shop

In reports, sales can be filtered by branch, till and cashier.

  • Product import from Excel

The whole range uploads in one file: names, barcodes, prices and categories.

  • Inventory counts

At the end of a season, count the stock and see shortage and surplus.

  • Barcodes and labels

Termino creates an internal barcode for an item or a size that has none. Print the labels from the back office, for one product or many at once, on a thermal label printer.

Which plan fits

Pro70₾/ month

Each size counts separately toward Lite's limit of 300 products, so a clothing store mostly needs Pro.

Frequently asked questions

How are sizes tracked in Termino?

You give a product a size scale, for example S to XL. Each size has its own barcode, stock and price, and at the till the cashier picks the size.

Can I print labels for the sizes?

Yes. In Termino's back office, on the Products page, choose Print label from a product's menu, or print many products at once. Each size gets its own label with the name, the size and the barcode, on a thermal label printer.

Can different shops have different discounts?

Yes. The price and the discount are set separately for each branch, as a percentage or an amount.

How does a return work?

The cashier finds the receipt in the sales history, picks the item to return and says whether it goes back into stock. The return is confirmed with a PIN and is made on the same till that sold the item.

Does each size count as a separate product?

For the plan limit, yes. Each size counts separately toward Lite's 300 products, while Pro has no limit on the number of products.
