    1. Acceptance of these terms

This document governs your use of the Termino service (operated by Termino LLC) and the termino.ge website. By registering for or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you're acting on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

  2. 02

    2. Description of the service

Termino is a cloud-based POS and business management platform - sales, inventory tracking, branch management, and related functionality. The service is intended for business use and is available to users with a registered account.

  3. 03

    3. Account and registration

When registering, you must provide accurate and current information about yourself and your business. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  4. 04

    4. Pricing and payment

Current pricing is listed at termino.ge/pricing and may change - we'll notify you in advance of any change. Payment is made in Georgian Lari (GEL). Annual billing receives the discount shown on the site. We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing periods with advance notice.

  5. 05

    5. Cancellation

You may cancel the service at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Amounts already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  6. 06

    6. Acceptable use

By using the service, you agree not to use it for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach its security, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.

  7. 07

    7. Your data

Your business owns the data you enter into the platform (products, sales, customers, and so on). We process this data solely to provide the service. Details of how we handle data are described in our Privacy Policy.

  8. 08

    8. Availability

We work to keep the service stable and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where possible, we'll give advance notice of planned maintenance.

  9. 09

    9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Termino is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Georgia.
