    1. Who we are

For the purposes of this policy, the data controller is Termino LLC ("Termino"), a company registered in Georgia. This document covers termino.ge and the Termino platform - anyone using our service or visiting our site.

  2. 02

    2. What data we collect

At registration: full name, email, phone number, company name and business ID, industry, city and legal address, number of branches and points of sale, and, optionally, a preferred contact time. While using the service: the data your business enters into the platform (products, sales, inventory, customers). Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, page-view statistics via Google Analytics, and your language preference (stored in a cookie).

  3. 03

    3. Why we process your data

We process data to perform our contract with you (delivering the service you request at registration), on the basis of our legitimate interest (improving the service, security, fraud prevention), and to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax record-keeping).

  4. 04

    4. Cookies

We use Google Analytics for anonymized usage statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect how the site functions.

  5. 05

    5. Data sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with providers necessary to operate the service - for example, Resend (for sending email) - and only to the extent required for their function. We also disclose data where required by law or by a government authority through the process established by law.

  6. 06

    6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as long as needed to meet legal obligations (e.g. tax record-keeping). After account cancellation, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

  7. 07

    7. Security

Data transmitted between our servers and your browser is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS). Access to administrative systems is restricted and protected by authentication. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure - we follow industry-standard practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.
